Who we are
ChadGPT is operated by ROAS Performance, LLC. For anything relating to your data, write to support@chadgpt.io.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you type it into the form and submit it.
- The country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address.
- A referral tag, if you arrived with one in the link you clicked.
That is the complete list. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on this page.
Why we collect it
To email you once, when the product opens. That is the only purpose. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who it is shared with
Your email is stored with Stripe, our payment processor, because that is the same system that will handle billing if you later decide to subscribe. Stripe processes it on our behalf under its own privacy terms. The page is served by Vercel, our hosting provider. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the early-access list is closed and no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email support@chadgpt.io and we will action it. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
