These terms cover chadgpt.io as it exists today: an information page with an early-access signup form. Separate terms will apply to the application when it opens, and you will be asked to accept those before you can use it.

Joining the list

Submitting your email adds you to an early-access list. It is not a purchase, it does not reserve anything, and it does not create a contract to supply you with the product. No payment is taken on this page.

About the price shown

The $49 per month figure is the price we currently intend to open at for the early-access list. It is an indication, not an offer capable of acceptance. If the price changes before launch, anyone on the list will be told before being asked to pay anything.

What the product will and will not do

ChadGPT is a research and drafting tool. It helps you find advertising that has already run publicly and produces draft copy modelled on the structure of that advertising. It does not guarantee any advertising result, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of performance, revenue, or return on ad spend. Any figures used to illustrate the difference between working methods are illustrative and are labelled as such.

Your responsibility for what you publish

Anything the tool drafts is a draft. You are responsible for what you actually publish, including whether it is accurate, whether it complies with the rules of the platform you run it on, and whether it complies with advertising law in your market. You must not use the tool to reproduce another party's copy, trade marks, or creative assets. Reusing the structure of an argument is not the same as copying someone's work, and only the former is what this tool is for.

Acceptable use of this site

Do not submit addresses that are not yours, attempt to disrupt the service, or scrape the site automatically.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROAS Performance, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do.
